PAU Health Centre is a 12 bedded Health Centre situated in the PAU Campus. PAU Health Centre has been establish to provide medical facilities to the PAU employees and their family members. PAU Health Centre has a experienced and dedicated staff in the field of medical science, who is ready to provide the medical facility to the employee during 24 hours. PAU Health Centre provides various facilities such as OPD, Biochemistry,X-Ray and ambulance.

PAU Health Centre is a 12 bedded Health Centre. Mainly outdoor patients are attended. The biomedical waste such as Syringes, gauzes, bandages and I.V. sets which is disposed off. PAU Health Centre has a agreement with Medicare Environmental Management Pvt. Ltd. (regional office at: Behind Satluj Action Water Treatment Plant opp. Central jail, Tajpur Road Ludhina) for the disposal of bio- medical waste.
