ADMISSION NOTICE – 2024-25

Counseling to fill the vacant seats of undergraduate programmes on the basis of CET/BSET-2024 will be held on 09.01.2025 and Master’s programmes on the basis of MET-2024 will be held on 10.01.2025 at 9.00 a.m. sharp in the Dr. B P Pal Auditorium, College of Agriculture, PAU, Ludhiana. Candidates are advised to appear personally along with requisite fee and original documents for the same.

Eligibility:- As per PAU prospectus, 2024-25.

IMPORTANT

1. • • Seats may vary at the time of counselling.
     • Candidates should bring original certificates/testimonials, two sets of photocopies of the following documents (duly self attested):-
1. White application form duly filled in (available at PAU website).
2. Matriculation Certificate
3. Detail marks certificate of 10+2
4. Graduation Certificate (for PG admissions)
5. Character Certificate (issued by the Principal of the school/college last attended)
6. Residence Certificate (As per format available in PAU Prospectus, 2024-25)
7. Reservation Certificate (if any) (As per format available in PAU Prospectus, 2024-25)
8. Two passport size photographs.
9. Income certificate for SC/ST candidates (As per format available in PAU Prospectus, 2024-25).

• Reserve category candidates whose rank falls under general category shall also be eligible for general category seat.
• Full fees as prescribed in the PAU Prospectus 2024-25 shall be deposited on the spot through a single mode either online or cash otherwise their candidature will not be considered.
• In case the seats are exhausted before all the candidates called for counselling are covered, the counselling will be stopped and the university will not be responsible for the non-availability of seats to rest of the candidates on this account.
• The reporting time for the candidates will be 30 minutes before the specified time of counselling. In case of late reporting by the candidate for counselling due to any reason, he/she will lose claim of admission due at his/her rank. However, such candidate may be considered for admission against left out seats at the time of reporting. No claim or compensation for problems (if any) encountered or cost incurred in attending the counselling will be entertained by the University.
