Subject: Filling up of Teaching Assistant (FMPE) on contractual basis at PAU-College of Agriculture, Ballowal Saunkhri.
One post of Teaching Assistant (FMPE) is to be filled up in the scheme "Facilitating effective functioning at PAU, Misc.08 (PC-4715)” @ Rs. 35,000/- fixed p.m. for Master degree. / Rs. 40,000/- p.m. fixed for Ph.D.
The Qualifications for the post of Teaching Assistant (FMPE) are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Engineering/Mechanical Engineering.
- Master’s degree in Farm Machinery & Power Engineering/Farm Power Machinery.
- At least 60% marks at Bachelor’s level and 65% marks or OCPA of 6.50 out of 10.00 at Master’s level.
- Matric level certificate of Punjabi Language from Punjab School Education Board or any other recognized Board (as first or Second language).
Note: A candidate who does not possess Master’s degree in the relevant subject but possesses Ph.D. degree in the discipline required at Master’s level shall be eligible for the post.

The desirous candidates fulfilling the qualifications should send their applications on plain paper complete in all respect along with attested copies of the testimonials and a bank draft of Rs. 200/- in favor of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana payable at Ludhiana to the undersigned (Dean, PAU-College of Agriculture, Ballowal Saunkhri, P.O. Takarla, Tehsil Balachaur-144521, Distt. S.B.S. Nagar). The last date to apply for the above said post is 16/12/2024. The applications received without fees or after due date shall not be considered. The screening of documents for this post shall be conducted in the o/o Dean, College of Agriculture Engineering, PAU, Ludhiana at the date and time mentioned above. No separate intimation for interview/screening of documents shall be given. The original copies of the testimonials should be brought at the time of screening of documents. No TA/DA will be given for attending the Screening.
