NOTICE
Applications are invited on the prescribed proforma available in office of the undersigned on payment of Rs.200/- in the shape of bank draft in favour of the Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana payable at Ludhiana on any working days along with attested copies of certificates for the post of One Research Fellow @ Rs.25,000/- p.m. (fixed) +20 % HRA for provided in the scheme "Assessing potential of genetically improved Casuarina germplasm for commercial cultivation in Punjab” Misc-73 (PC-5100) for a period of six months or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier:
Essential Qualifications :
- B.Sc/B.Sc. Agri/B.Sc Forestry with minimum OGPA of 6.0/10.0 basis or 60% marks.
- M.Sc. Forestry with minimum OGPA of 6.5/10.0 or 65% marks.
Note -I: The candidate who does not possess Master's degree in the relevant subject but possesses Ph.D Degree in the discipline required at Master's level, shall be eligible for the post.
Note II: Preference will be given to Forestry candidate.
The last date for receipt of application in this office duly completed in all respects is 20.12.2024. Incomplete applications or unsupported by the documents will not be entertained. The candidates should appear for interview on 02.01.2025 at 11.00 AM in the office of undersigned. No separate information for interview will be sent. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
The amount of first full month fellowship payable to the Research Fellows will be kept as security with Head, Department of Forestry & NR and it will be paid to him/her as and when he/she leaves the fellowship after giving the requisite one month’s notice or deposits the amount of one month’s fellowship. The Research Fellow resigning the fellowship shall have to give one months’ or have to deposit one month salary in lieu of one month notice.
